What It Does

Contact Form Widget helps you add professional contact forms to your WordPress site without writing any code. It works as both a widget for sidebars and a shortcode for pages or posts.

Every form submission gets saved in your WordPress database. You can view, manage, and follow up on all queries from a dedicated Query Table in your admin dashboard. No more lost emails or missed inquiries.

This contact form solution works well for business websites needing a simple inquiry form, freelancers and agencies collecting project requests, bloggers wanting to hear from readers, service providers handling customer support queries, and portfolio sites with client contact needs.

Free features include responsive design, a Query Table dashboard, shortcode support, widget readiness, label customization, template designs, PHP email notifications, and secure submissions. Upgrade to Contact Form Premium for additional capabilities like Google reCaptcha, SMTP email support, auto email responding, custom email messages, error customization, custom CSS, multiple color schemes, logo customization, a statistical dashboard, downloadable reports, daily statistics, and premium support.
