What It Does

This plugin prevents duplicate submissions in Gravity Forms by dynamically adding a hidden input with a random token to the form. It checks the POST request for this token to ensure that identical requests are not accepted.

The add-on is designed to block automated resends of the same POST request, which can occur when users refresh their browser or restore tabs. However, it does not block submissions made voluntarily by users.

To use this plugin, simply install and activate it. Ensure that the page containing the form is excluded from caching for optimal functionality. You can also customize the error message displayed to users if a duplicate submission is detected.

FAQ

Yes. You can do this from the Forms > Settings > GF No Duplicates settings page. Or using the gnd_duplicate_submission_message filter. See the example below:

add_filter( 'gnd_duplicate_submission_message', function( $message, $form ) {     $message = 'Your custom text goes here';     return $message; }, 10, 2 );

Using the filter will override the default message and any custom message that you may have added in the settings page.
