What It Does

SureForms is designed to make form building accessible to everyone, regardless of coding skills. With its intuitive interface, users can create beautiful forms using WordPress's native block editor.

This plugin offers a variety of features including AI-powered form creation, mobile-first design, and real-time validation to enhance user experience. SureForms supports multiple types of forms such as contact forms, surveys, and event registrations.

Security is prioritized with built-in anti-spam measures like Google reCAPTCHA, ensuring that submissions are genuine. Additionally, users can customize confirmation messages and email notifications for better engagement.

Comparing to Alternatives

SureForms competes in a crowded field of WordPress form builders, ranging from lightweight contact form tools to feature-rich, multi-step builders with payment integrations. Its native Gutenberg block approach and Brainstorm Force backing set it apart, though the space has many mature, well-established rivals.

Top alternatives

Strengths

Native Gutenberg block-building experience that feels lightweight compared to many page-builder-dependent alternatives
AI-powered form generation and dynamic conditional logic included without upsell friction
Zero-fee payment integrations praised by users as a differentiator
Consistently rated support that responds quickly, a recurring theme across reviews
Backed by the established Brainstorm Force/SureCraftedecosystem, giving it credibility and ongoing development

Weaknesses

Long history of disclosed vulnerabilities, including several high-severity XSS and payment-bypass issues, more than some longer-established competitors
AI form generation feature has reportedly broken for some users, undermining a headline feature
Newer entrant compared to veteran plugins like Contact Form 7 or WPForms, so long-term track record is shorter

User Sentiment Analysis

With a 4.9/5 average from 91 ratings and 93.4% five-star reviews, sentiment toward SureForms is overwhelmingly positive. Only 2.2% of reviews fall into the 1-2 star range, suggesting the vast majority of users have a smooth experience, though a small number report significant technical frustrations.

Positive highlights

"I have never felt any concern about forms not reaching me" — nuithon, praising long-term reliability across a dozen sites
"SureForms beats out the competition: lightweight, native Gutenberg block-building experience with high-end capabilities" — psychflex
"There was a bug with Elementor popups and the team delivered a hot fix quickly" — softloop, highlighting responsive support
"Getting screen recordings about how to do something is so refreshing, easy and helpful" — twowombatsmedia
"This Plugin has some great advances features like a 'signature' Block and the possibility to create PDF-Files from submitted Forms" — cpfcomputer, on business-use features

Common complaints

AI-powered form generation can fail outright, showing a 'Domain Verification Failed' error and leaving users unable to proceed
Manual form creation ('create it yourself') can result in a blank screen, reproduced across multiple servers and sites
Frustration with AI features feeling forced into the plugin rather than optional

Weaknesses

A notably high number of disclosed vulnerabilities (17) including high-severity unauthenticated XSS and payment bypass issues
Reliance on AI-driven features that have reportedly broken for at least one user across multiple environments
Security risk score of 6.44/10 indicates a riskier historical patch record compared to more mature plugins

Who Should Use This?

Best for

SureForms suits WordPress users who want a modern, block-native form builder with strong support, AI-assisted form creation, and features like conditional logic, calculations, signatures, and payment integration without recurring fees. It's a strong fit for agencies and developers already using other Brainstorm Force/SureCrafted products.

Not ideal for

Users with strict security compliance requirements or who prioritize a long, clean vulnerability history may want to pause given the plugin's frequent past disclosures, including high-severity XSS and payment bypass issues. Those wary of AI-dependent workflows, or who've experienced the reported AI generation failures, might also prefer a more traditional builder until reliability is proven over a longer track record.

Pricing & Value

Free version includes

The free version offers a fully capable, lightweight Gutenberg-native form builder with AI-assisted generation, conditional logic, calculation fields, and payment integrations, based on user reviews describing rich functionality without needing to upgrade.

Final Verdict

SureForms earns strong praise for its usability, native block-editor integration, and consistently responsive support team, reflected in a 4.9-star average across 91 reviews. Users highlight reliability, useful advanced features like signatures and PDF generation, and a support team that resolves issues quickly. However, the small number of negative reviews point to real friction with the AI form generation feature failing outright for at least one user across multiple sites.

The bigger concern is the plugin's security history: 17 disclosed vulnerabilities, including high-severity unauthenticated XSS and payment bypass issues, is a substantial number for a plugin still building its long-term track record. While all listed issues were patched, prospective users should weigh this history against the otherwise excellent sentiment and feature set, especially when handling payments or sensitive form data. For most general use cases, SureForms remains a compelling, well-supported choice, provided updates are applied promptly.
