Complete and versatile plugin, very lightweight compared to other form builders. Much improved form creation interface compared to early… well done!

A bit clunky but it works
Could be improved visually as it can feel a bit clunky (not terrible but feel it could be better), and could have more tutorials, videos etc, but it works. Interface isn’t as polished as “drag-and-drop” competitors. A bit of a steeper learning curve to figure out how to style things or map fields correctly.

Best Forms Plugin Hands Down!
On another note, you guys are fantastic; I enjoy working and pushing the limits with your system and even finding out the bugs. Even making the improvements with the Image Upload, I remember when I first requested if your app could take pictures about 2, maybe three years ago on Messenger… you guys got the Image Upload done, then I asked for a multiple file option with min/max, you got that done. Then the (+/-) buttons- it was a surprise how long that took- but you did get it working. Thank you! I don’t use many plugins anymore. I went to you guys, and you added the feature, which is excellent. Your system blows away all the other form plugins. They are weak. We have now taken advantage of remote requests with our API and are building an excellent app with your plugin. For this, I am both thankful and appreciative! This showed me you guys listened and gained my loyalty!

Horrible Support
The plugin is decent once you figure out how things work, but it also has limitations. Documentation is thorough but not up to date. If you need support, forget about it. By the time someone gets back to you if at all, it will already have been too late. Better options out there
