This plugin restores the Title field that was removed from WordPress 4.2 in the insert link popup box. It also adds a new Add rel='nofollow' to link checkbox to it.
Currently, it is not possible to add this functionality to Gutenberg (Block Editor) due to its different system. There are no hooks or filters available for adding custom settings. We will update the plugin as soon as it becomes possible to add this functionality to Gutenberg.
