Great plugin! Have used it on at least a dozen websites.
Whenever I go live with a new website that has different URLs to the old version of the website, I use Redirection to make sure the old links still go somewhere, and that SEO for those pages keeps on working. It’s well built and reliable. Whatever you do, avoid the other plugin that’s ripped off the name of this one.

The plugin allows you to easily add redirect links to your website to be able to take care of for example 404 errors, permanent redirects, look at Redirect and 404 logs, monitor changes to posts or pages, setup custom redirect expressions. Export the backup of the Redirection links you use, so you never need to worry about it. You can import any Redirection so you can copy them on other environments. It's compatible on every WordPress environment I used, and it's one of the first plugins I install on a new installation.
Currently not working with WP 7.1 on my end
The plugin worked great until WP updated to 7.1. With the recent WP update, and the plugin turned on, all pages, including home page redirect to a 404. Turning off the plugin resolves this issue, so perhaps the plugin is not compatible with 7.1 or there are some conflicts.

The plugin seems to be working exactly as outlined. The online documentation is particularly helpful and far more detailed than you get with some other plugins. As a bonus, the support responses are quick and concise. Thanks for an excellent tool.

Super Easy
Redirects r so simple now. Catches all 404s automatically which is amazing. Clean interface, no confusion. Best redirect plugin hands down

The plugin has started to slow down
The plugin has started playing up with adding and removing links; links aren’t being removed or added. It’s been acting up badly for the last couple of months – we’ll be removing it.
