Brianstorm Support – Dhruv, Excellent!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ve been using the Ultimate Addons for Elementor plugin and recently ran into a strange issue with the Hotspots feature. Every time we tried to edit the markers, we were faced with a blank page. Over several weeks, Dhruv from the Brainstorm Force support team worked tirelessly with me to get to the bottom of it. While some support agents weren’t quite as attentive, Dhruv was absolutely outstanding. He went above and beyond, showing genuine commitment to resolving the issue — even when it turned out that the problem wasn’t caused by the plugin at all, but by something on our end. What really impressed me was that Dhruv assembled a team of colleagues to help troubleshoot and ensure we got the problem fixed. They didn’t have to go that far, but they did it anyway because they truly wanted to help. I’m delighted to say the issue is now resolved, and I’m so grateful to the whole team who were on the call — but especially to Dhruv. I’ve used this UAE (pro version) for many years. It has always been reliable and support is top notch. They responded to my most recent ticket within hours with the exact solution I needed to resolve an edge case with Flip Box control and Kadence theme. Great team and great support!

Good but it needs TITLE SHOW/HIDE improvement
I have this plugin installed for my site. It was working nicely. however, since last few days, my page, post title not showing. I have tested with plugin de-activation and found this plugin was responsible. I am still using this plugin and i hope the developer will fix it.

I have this plugin installed for my site. It was working nicely. however, since last few days, my page, post title not showing. I have tested with plugin de-activation and found this plugin was responsible. I am still using this plugin and i hope the developer will fix it.
