What It Does

Forget About Shortcode (FASC) Buttons provide a visual way to add CSS buttons in the rich text editor and to your themes. Instead of using shortcodes, you can insert real, styled buttons, making the process of adding buttons to your posts and pages more natural while improving the appearance and usability of the post editor.

FASC Buttons maintain clean HTML, using data attributes for necessary features. The buttons in the post editor use the same classes as on the front end of your site, ensuring no extra or hidden markup affects their behavior.

With the latest CSS properties for styling, you can easily add FASC buttons to widgets in WordPress 4.8. Editing a button is simple; just double-click it to open an options panel for reconfiguration, eliminating the need for tedious shortcodes. Additionally, Dashicons and Font Awesome Icons can be added to your buttons for enhanced visual appeal.
