Attachment Pages Redirect
Description
This plugin helps manage attachment pages effectively. It operates in three scenarios based on the status of the parent post.
First, if the parent post is available, a 301 redirect is issued to direct visitors to the parent post. Second, if the parent post has been deleted, a 302 redirect will send visitors to the home page. Lastly, if the parent post is in the trash, a 404 error is returned to avoid redirection loops.
Simply activate the plugin, and it will handle the redirects without any configuration needed.

No. This plugin needs an existing attachment to work, if you deleted the attachment WordPress will return a 404 for its attachment page and this plugin doesn’t support that scenario.
