Apple Pay and Google Pay are unusable with customized checkout
I installed this plugin to offer Apple Pay and Google Pay in my store checkout, but unfortunately the integration is very limited. The wallet buttons don’t behave like real payment methods — they never appear as selectable options in the payment list, only as “express checkout” buttons that are difficult to position or control. Moreover, if your checkout includes additional required fields (such as tax code or other mandatory billing data, especially for EU stores), the payment fails or gets interrupted, leaving customers confused. It would be much more useful if these wallets could appear as standard “radio button” payment methods, consistent with other gateways and better suited for regional compliance. At the moment, the user experience is confusing and customization is almost impossible. It’s a shame, because Stripe itself is an excellent payment system — but the WooCommerce integration doesn’t live up to it.

Excellent Payment Gateway with Strong Features and Support
The WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway plugin works smoothly and integrates perfectly with the checkout process. It supports multiple payment methods, is easy to configure, and handles transactions securely. The setup is simple, and the plugin provides reliable performance even on busy stores. Support documentation is detailed and helpful, making customization easier when needed. Overall, it’s a great solution for accepting online payments through Stripe on WooCommerce. Highly recommended!

Just works perfectly
Just works perfectly. Only critical thing I can think of is the obligation to have credit cards preselected and on top of the payment methods display on the checkout page. Which for many local people implies an extra action to select the right payment method, I would prefer to be able to shorten this route.

Updates force features to Turn on magically
Almost every update has been re-enabling the “link” feature. Now with the latest update , despite begin disabled , it is forcing the link options to be present and confusing customers . They have also implemented an element that you cannot see called “AiAgentPaymentSteering”it always amazes me when a company continues to find new ways to aggravate its customer base.

support on stripe gateway plugin
Support was usually accurate, detailed and gradually guided through what was a somewhat difficult problem, and eventuated in a solution. The support team spent the time needed over several days, to sort it out.

Slow, Awful
The internet moral police, run by Karens think they can control what you can and can’t do on the internet. No. It’s time for Stripe to go. There are better alternatives than this useless plugin run by a useless company. The plugin is simply flakey.

No Good
Just stopped working. Rolled back to prior to when it stopped working, still not working. Lost a few thousand dollars in sales. Tried everything through Stripe to get it up and running again. It worked when logged in as an admin, outside folks couldn’t see any payment options. Guest checkout was enabled. Payment links just showup wherever they feel like putting them randomly. Switched over to Payment Plugins which is free and uses Stripe. That fixed every problem I had, was cleaner, and it gave me more options. That’s the route to go. They just can’t keep up with this plugin.
