10/10 support
I had an issue with the plugin and had tried everything. So I finally contacted support and they were super quick to reply. Very responsive and friendly. A shout out to Krystian for all their amazing work. Thank you so much!
Excellent technical support for a complex PayPal Checkout integration issue
Krystian provided outstanding support throughout a complex PayPal Payments compatibility issue involving our custom checkout integration. What I appreciated most was his persistence and technical depth. Even though the issue turned out to be more complicated than expected, he continued investigating until he identified the real cause and proposed a working solution. His final guidance was extremely helpful: he not only explained which WooCommerce and PayPal hooks were involved, but also provided concrete template adjustments and integration changes that allowed Advanced Card Processing and Google Pay to render correctly in our custom checkout flow. The explanations were clear, technically accurate, and immediately actionable. This was not a simple support case, and I truly value the time and effort he put into understanding the scope of the problem. Thanks to his work, we were able to resolve a major issue on our side. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping.
Perfect support
Very fast, excellent, professional and friendly support!
Proplems with PayPal SmartButtons
I had a problem with PayPal SmartButtons and got a quick response. It no really solved the problem, but at least I learned that firefox on mobile is not fully compatible with PayPal.
Absolute Rubbish!
I’ve put off using the new PayPal plugin for years because I’ve read how bad it is, I’ve told customers to stay on the old plugin as that just seems to work, it’s not brilliant but it does the job. I’ve now used the new PayPal plugin on a couple of sites and I have to say it is utter rubbish, clunky and buggy. It places unwanted PayPal buttons everywhere and where you want it to display the buttons they don’t display!!! A complete shambles, how on earth did this get released and is still not working after all this time??A terrible waste of time, now that you’re forced to use the new PayPal plugin – it’s time to switch to a different payment gateway.
Any sign of a patch to fix 4.03 yet?
Any sign of a patch to the bug introduced in 4.03 causing basket and checkout errors? Rollback to 4.02 sorts the issue but as a temporary fix only. Thanks, N.
Very Helpful
I reported a problem with one of their plugins and whilst they initially just seemed to give me the equivalent of “turn it off and on” answer, when I pushed back Krystian then not only gave me more options, but then went on to totally fix it for me. And took no time at all doing it. As a non-techie I really appreciate that.
Great support!
Support responds quickly and addresses the issue thoroughly.
PayPal onboarding / Pay Later issue
We ran into a tricky issue where Pay Later messaging was injected into Elementor loops and broke the layout across multiple shops. Support was excellent. Krystian quickly understood the problem and guided us step by step to a clean solution using manual connection instead of the default onboarding. Everything is now working as expected again. Special thanks to Krystian for the clear and patient support.

Automatically enabled 8 unwanted payment methods without consent
During the last update this plugin enabled 8 unwanted payment methods without any confirmation or consent.
Intrusive Plugin – no recommendation!
Following the last update, I discovered that the plugin had overwritten my standard payment options (Mollie) with its own. Furthermore it placed ads on product pages, shopping cart and check-out. This is both intrusive and unacceptable! Fortunately, it’s possible to deactivate them in the WooCommerce admin area, but I don’t want to have to check after each update to see what nonsense PayPal has done this time. Considering that PayPal is the most expensive payment provider for merchants, I shall uninstall it.
