Great plugin and great support too!!
Been using this plugin since its early days and I’m very satisfied with how easy it is to implement to any woo store. Moreover the support is absolutely stellar. Cheers and keep it up!!
Any sign of a patch to fix 4.03 yet?
Any sign of a patch to the bug introduced in 4.03 causing basket and checkout errors? Rollback to 4.02 sorts the issue but as a temporary fix only. Thanks, N.
Great support, decent product
Excellent support. I reported an unexpected change in failed-order handling that was breaking our existing WooCommerce recovery workflow. Support quickly identified the cause, explained the new behavior, and provided a simple filter that restored the previous functionality. The fix worked immediately, and our failed-order recovery process is back to normal. Very helpful and responsive support.

Excellent support and very effective troubleshooting
I had a complex issue with WooCommerce PayPal Payments where PayPal and Apple Pay Express were failing during checkout because reCAPTCHA was not loading correctly. The error was related to the order creation request and was very difficult to diagnose because the problem was caused by a conflict with another plugin’s CAPTCHA conflict-prevention mechanism. The support team was extremely helpful, precise, and professional. They identified the root cause quickly and explained exactly what was happening and how to fix it. After applying their recommendation, PayPal Payments started working correctly again. I really appreciate the clear guidance, fast response, and effective solution. This kind of support is very valuable when payment issues are affecting a live store. Thank Krystian very much for the excellent help!
Proplems with PayPal SmartButtons
I had a problem with PayPal SmartButtons and got a quick response. It no really solved the problem, but at least I learned that firefox on mobile is not fully compatible with PayPal.

Very Helpful
I reported a problem with one of their plugins and whilst they initially just seemed to give me the equivalent of “turn it off and on” answer, when I pushed back Krystian then not only gave me more options, but then went on to totally fix it for me. And took no time at all doing it. As a non-techie I really appreciate that.
Absolute Rubbish!
I’ve put off using the new PayPal plugin for years because I’ve read how bad it is, I’ve told customers to stay on the old plugin as that just seems to work, it’s not brilliant but it does the job. I’ve now used the new PayPal plugin on a couple of sites and I have to say it is utter rubbish, clunky and buggy. It places unwanted PayPal buttons everywhere and where you want it to display the buttons they don’t display!!! A complete shambles, how on earth did this get released and is still not working after all this time??A terrible waste of time, now that you’re forced to use the new PayPal plugin – it’s time to switch to a different payment gateway.
Automatically enabled 8 unwanted payment methods without consent
During the last update this plugin enabled 8 unwanted payment methods without any confirmation or consent.
Intrusive Plugin – no recommendation!
Following the last update, I discovered that the plugin had overwritten my standard payment options (Mollie) with its own. Furthermore it placed ads on product pages, shopping cart and check-out. This is both intrusive and unacceptable! Fortunately, it’s possible to deactivate them in the WooCommerce admin area, but I don’t want to have to check after each update to see what nonsense PayPal has done this time. Considering that PayPal is the most expensive payment provider for merchants, I shall uninstall it.
