What It Does

Ultimate Addons for Elementor (UAE) is a powerful yet lightweight plugin that extends Elementors capabilities with purposely built widgets, blocks, and features that help you build better websites without adding complexity.

Formerly known as Elementor Header & Footer Builder, UAE has evolved into a trusted Elementor Addons used by over 2 million websites to design creative sections directly within Elementor, no coding required.

The free version of UAE includes a hand-picked set of essential widgets like Info Card, Navigation Menu and more, which are genuinely useful for most websites. It also enables you to design headers and footers visually and adds features that improve your design process without cluttering your interface.

When you are ready to go further, UAE Pro unlocks a library of 50+ premium widgets, 200+ pre-designed section blocks, and advanced features that enhance your design experience. These features are built to save time and offer more design freedom, genuinely improving how you build and manage websites.

Comparing to Alternatives

Ultimate Addons for Elementor competes in one of the most crowded categories in the WordPress ecosystem, with dozens of addon packs offering widgets, templates, and header/footer builders for Elementor. It differentiates itself through polish, reliability, and consistently praised support rather than sheer widget count.

Top alternatives

Strengths

Exceptionally high user satisfaction with a 4.9/5 average across over 2,500 ratings
Support quality is repeatedly singled out as best-in-class, with named agents praised by users
Ability to enable/disable individual widgets for performance control
Strong reputation from Brainstorm Force, a well-established WordPress vendor
Broad widget library covering headers, footers, and creative design elements

Weaknesses

Long history of medium-severity XSS and injection vulnerabilities across versions
Faces intense competition from many similarly-featured free addon packs
Some users report specific widget bugs (e.g., title display issues) that take time to resolve

User Sentiment Analysis

With 94.9% of ratings at 5 stars and only 2.2% falling into the 1-2 star range, sentiment toward Ultimate Addons for Elementor is overwhelmingly positive. Reviews consistently highlight both product quality and support responsiveness as standout strengths.

Rob_Strickland calls it a 'superb tool' with helpful, responsive support
robokev has used the pro version for years, describing support as 'top notch' and reliable
minamalk praises the extensive widget library and 'lightning-fast support'

Common complaints

Weaknesses

13 recorded vulnerabilities over the plugin's history, mostly medium-severity stored XSS issues requiring Contributor or Author-level access

A 4-star review notes an unresolved bug affecting page/post title visibility after a recent update

Who Should Use This?

Best for

This plugin suits Elementor users who want a reliable, well-supported addon pack for building headers, footers, and enhancing page designs, particularly those who value responsive customer support and are willing to keep the plugin updated promptly. It's a strong fit for agencies and freelancers managing multiple client sites who need dependable widget performance controls.

Not ideal for

Site owners running multi-author sites with many Contributor or Author-level users should be cautious given the plugin's recurring history of stored XSS vulnerabilities tied to those roles, and should ensure they always run the latest version. Those seeking the absolute largest widget library above all else may want to compare against heavier alternatives.

Pricing & Value

Free version includes

The free version provides a solid range of widgets and header/footer building tools, along with the ability to selectively activate only the modules needed, keeping sites lean.

Pro version (49 - 129 USD / year)

The Pro version (Ultimate Addons for Elementor, part of Brainstorm Force's suite) typically unlocks advanced widgets, WooCommerce-focused modules, additional design controls like Hotspots and Flip Box options, and premium priority support.

Final Verdict

Ultimate Addons for Elementor earns its strong reputation through consistently excellent user sentiment, with support quality repeatedly called out as a key differentiator among Elementor addon packs. Given the crowded field of alternatives, this level of sustained praise—especially at scale, with over 2,500 ratings—is a meaningful signal of reliability and vendor trustworthiness.

The main caveat is security: 13 recorded medium-severity vulnerabilities, several disclosed in just the past year or two, suggest a pattern worth monitoring rather than a one-off lapse. Users who keep the plugin updated and manage contributor-level access carefully should have little to worry about, making this a recommended choice for most Elementor users seeking dependable functionality and support.
