What It Does

This plugin updates the Comment Blacklist in Settings / Discussion with a list of terms from a remote or local source. By default, it retrieves data from GitHub, but you can also specify any URL or a local blacklist.txt file.

This enhanced version allows you to add blacklists directly from the WordPress administration without using filters. It provides additional information about the blacklist updates in the Settings / Discussion area.

You can configure three sources for your blacklists: the default blacklist from GitHub, a remote URL, or a local blacklist file. The plugin is designed to help reduce spam in comments and contact forms.
