Not worth the time or money
The plugin is poorly maintained and does not follow the actual dashboard on reviews.io site. The tech support is giving random custom codes to just replace product name to actual review title as it's in the main dashboard and eventually they gave almost 300 lines of custom code which overrides all widget setting just to fix the title. Seems that maintaining and building the plugin is done by some outside company. Maybe even the customer support. The customer service also deleted our reviews from one of the sites while fixing other issue for couple weeks since they did not understand or bothered to check that we had multiple stores, not one.
google woes sorted
Had a manual penalty applied by the mighty google because my rich snippets were apparently 'spammy' with the usual indecipherable 'help' article and no way to realistically sort the manual penalty. A bit of searching brought me to the conclusion it was possible the reviews.co.uk on my website, and a swift resolution was provided by the team. A week or two later and an email from Google saying penalty lifted. Result! Cheers reviews.co.uk
Beware
This plugin has not been maintained as the last update was more than 7 months ago (as of the time of this writing). As an open-source plugin, it exposed vulnerabilities to my website and allowed for malware injection, which caused my website to be blocked by major antivirus services. I am now looking for an alternative review platform to use that will integrate with my website without introducing these vulnerabilities.
