It is ideal for WordPress sites that publish and promote high-quality content. The goal is to help you publish content from inside WordPress without needing extra services. Why use other products when you already have WordPress?

The Content Calendar provides a powerful overview of your publishing schedule. You can easily see when content is planned and published, and drag-and-drop content to change publication dates. The calendar can be filtered by post status, categories, users, or post types.

The Content Overview screen allows you to see content organized by status, categories, or users. This organizer lets you choose any data from WordPress to display in columns.

The Content Board is a kanban board for organizing content, allowing you to drag-and-drop posts between different statuses like Draft, Pending Review, and Published.

Notifications keep you and your team updated on changes to important content. Users can be subscribed to notifications for any post, either individually or by user groups.

PublishPress Planner Pro integrates with Slack for notifications, allowing you to send and reply to notifications directly from Slack.
