FluentBooking
FluentBooking is a solid and well-built booking plugin. The overall performance is reliable, the interface is clean, and the support team deserves real credit — responses are fast, competent, and genuinely helpful. You don’t feel left alone when something gets tricky, which is a big plus. However, there is one major drawback that, in my opinion, is hard to ignore: FluentBooking does not offer booking packages — and according to support, there are no plans to implement them. For a booking plugin that is designed to sell appointments, this is a serious limitation. Selling appointment packages (for example, five sessions at once) is a standard and essential use case. Especially important: these sessions should be bookable flexibly by the customer, not forced into a recurring system where all appointments happen at the same time. This kind of package-based workflow is crucial for coaches, teachers, consultants, and anyone offering session-based services. In short: FluentBooking is a good plugin with great support, but the lack of appointment packages is a dealbreaker for certain business models. If this feature were added, it would significantly elevate the plugin to the next level.
Best booking plugin so far but some really weird behaviors
After using Amelia and Bookly for a year each I decided to move over to FluentBooking. It’s a much nicer plugin and better UI, both backend and front end. Especially since I am using FluentCRM too. Some weird behaviors still on the plugin but the support team managed to help me after some tries with different people Good that they also released the developer files so that I can build my own mods.

The product is of poor quality. I needed the round-robin scheduling function, but it only works as a one-on-one event creation function. Calendar synchronization constantly fails. Try their monthly/yearly plan before deciding to buy a lifetime subscription like I did. I need to pass on my key.The product is of poor quality. The Booking Plugin I Wish I Had Started With 20 Years Ago
I originally moved to Fluent Booking after having a frustrating experience with another popular WordPress booking plugin, and the difference was immediate. Fluent Booking is much easier to set up, much easier to manage, and far more intuitive to use. One of the first things that stood out to me was how simple it was to connect Google Meet. I had spent enough time dealing with complicated setup processes and add-ons elsewhere that being able to connect what I needed in just a couple of clicks was honestly refreshing. What I also appreciate is that the plugin gives me the functionality I actually need without making every basic feature feel like another separate purchase. I use booking systems as part of a larger client journey, so I need more than just a calendar. I need scheduling, payments, meeting integrations, redirects, intake workflows, and automation to work together without creating unnecessary friction. Fluent Booking does that extremely well, especially when used with other Fluent products like Fluent Forms and FluentCRM. The interface is clean, the setup makes sense, and managing appointments does not feel like a job in itself. After using it extensively, I now recommend Fluent Booking for the websites and business systems I build because it saves time, reduces unnecessary complexity, and actually makes the booking process easier for both the business owner and the client. Absolutely five stars.
Great plugin, integrates with FluentCRM, and excellent support
We had some quite unique needs for a volunteer duty roster, but I was able to achieve everything I wanted with FluentBooking. Good UI, integration with FluentCRM, and wonderful, efficient support for the FluentBooking support team when I need a UI tweak. Thank you for your help!

Great Functionality Backed by Excellent Support
I’ve had a very positive experience with FluentBooking so far. The functionality of the plugin itself is solid and meets my needs well, and I can see a lot of potential for the Fluent team to continue expanding it into an even more powerful and highly customizable tool. What really stands out to me is their support team. They are responsive, dedicated, and genuinely go the extra mile to provide guidance and answer questions about the plugin configuration. That level of support makes a big difference, especially when implementing a booking system. I highly recommend Fluent products overall. I currently subscribe to several of the fluent plugins, and I’ve been consistently happy with both the quality of the products and the level of service they provide.
