If you use WooCommerce, you absolutely need TrackShip!! I honestly cannot say enough about this plugin and the amazing support behind it! I installed TrackShip about 3 months ago, and it has completely revolutionized our post-purchase and customer retention experience. I absolutely LOVE the efficiencies and integration with WooCommerce + Shippo + Klaviyo…it bridges the gap seamlessly! I was able to set up an elegant tracking page, so our customers now have a clean, user-friendly, and branded tracking page to watch their shipments and stay up-to-date on the progress. We also easily tied TrackShip events into our Klaviyo email and SMS flows, keeping customers in the loop at every stage. Everything works flawlessly, but not without the help of TrackShip’s amazing support! When I needed help adding specific data/events into our Klaviyo email content, not only did they step in and respond immediately, they went above and beyond to make sure my event payloads included the extra data points I wanted. A functional plugin is one thing…but when you pair top-tier functionality with outstanding service and support, THAT is the gold-standard experience!! Highly recommended!
