What It Does

With Search and Replace, you can search for everything and replace it with anything. Before you do this, you can easily create a simple database backup and restore it.

To avoid problems, please keep in mind that this plugin strictly searches and replaces what is specified in the 'Replace With' field. For example, if you search for 'http://web.com/wordpress/' and replace it with 'http://neuweb.com/wordpress', the URL could become something like 'http://neuweb.com/wordpresscontent/...'.

To correct this, ensure your 'Replace With' is accurate. The plugin includes special features such as 'Replace a Domain / URL', which is useful for quick site migrations. It also fully supports serialized data.

The goal of this plugin is to provide a good solution for manipulating your data for both developers and users of WordPress.
