I gave Omnisend some time after migrating from Mailchimp before saying anything publicly, mainly to see if the level of support would actually hold up once the migration is done. Happy to say it did. Their team handled the migration smoothly and since then every time I’ve needed a hand, they’ve been there. Figured it was worth sharing since I say others posting their experiences too, and mine has been a positive one.
Really good plugin, does what I need
Really good plugin, does what I need. I do miss some features though, mainly being able to message customers on WhatsApp. Support told me they’d pass the suggestion on, so fingers crossed. Overall happy.

Great support from the day one
Since the migration (which was mostly handled by their team) all the way through launch, first campaigns, setting up first automations, we’ve felt really well supported. The onboarding process was smooth and they were responsive whenever we had questions. All in all, a great experience backed by a team that’s responsive and reliable. Thank you!

Once you have issues, support is horrible and their Dev’s lie
I will say that when OmniSend works its fantastic and worth the expense and ROI… This month I was in the middle of a sale and all of a sudden I had a banner at the top that said my store was disconnected. That’s when this nightmare started. Sometimes it takes days for support to respond. They keep saying its a hosting issue when I verified it was not by access the very same API’s they claim were being blocked. I have been dealing with run around after run around and no resolution in sight. If someone has an alternative to OmniSend they can recommend I’d like to try it. Oh yeah, and all my automations are gone and no way of getting them back without connecting my site which isn’t working.
