Perfect!
I have tried a few other FAQ tools, but none were as straightforward as this one, while still offering great flexibility. Great extension.
FAQ Concertina – PERFECT!
FAQ Concertina is VERY INTUITIVE, STRAIGHTFORWARD, and VISUALLY APPEALING. This plugin does exactly what you need it to; no jargon, no hassle, no “figuring it out.” It just works; and without a lick of code! I looked at several other providers and none were quite what I wanted/needed. I am not a developer and my two websites are tools of my real business. My visitors are often new to the nuances of my services and capabilities, but I can’t bury every visitor in every aspect of our program. Well-designed FAQ’s (generously referenced around my sites) were the perfect solution. There are no stupid questions, just unasked and “unanswered” ones. And you’re not on your own. I had one small issue and the author came to my rescue immediately.

Does exactly what it says it does and with the minimum of fuss. I highly recommend this plugin.

Doesn’t work right
Maybe it gets messed up by Divi, but the categories don’t get carried over into the Add FAQ screen. You have to enter a new category every time you add a FAQ. Also, I can’t find a place to copy the short code. The way it works it is less than useless.

Incredible plugin
I Love this plugin! I am using it for my “About page” and a “Newsletter” page. I love how it looks and how it functions. I love how I can use it for different things on my site.I struggled with setting it up, I had to learn more about shortcodes and entering slugs into shortcodes, but the support I got from Michael from the website was fantastic.

Doesn’t work right
Maybe it gets messed up by Divi, but the categories don’t get carried over into the Add FAQ screen. You have to enter a new category every time you add a FAQ. Also, I can’t find a place to copy the short code. The way it works it is less than useless.
