Not only this is the most powerful editor for all our data editing needs, but the support is unparalleled. We had a complex issue with importing a lot of data to our new Woocommerce store. Their support team was courteous, quick, and professional. They did not give up on us even though the problems were not always in their court. When it was, they quickly issued a fix and even deployed it for us on our site and tested it. Really, I have not experienced anything close to this level of care. Would highly recommend this plugin to any Woocemrce store out there!

Amazing Results – Reduced DB from 75k users to 7k without errors
Firstly, I’d like to give special thanks to the support agent Teresa Melgar, who helped me clean my database step by step, and not with just some random copy-paste replies, or “here is the link to the plugin documentation” kind of support. She actually shared screenshots and step-by-step process via chat. Regarding the plugin, it was just amazing, I had a 75k users database with some complexities. I wanted to delete users with the role “subscriber” but excluding the “affiliate” role, customers, users that had pending payments orders, users with posts, etc. Add the complexity that I also have Woocommerce Subscriptions, which some of them are in the middle of the dunning process… I checked other plugins for this task but none of them was able to exclude specific roles, they would allow excluding users with purchases, but not with incomplete orders, for example, and definitely, excluding roles was not supported unless you pay for custom development. The result… a wonderful cleanup of the database from 75k to 7k users without a single error, without crashing, without out-of-time errors, etc. Just amazing. I wish all the plugins were developed this well.
