How do you miss the same folder in two consecutive releases
I was looking at your past history and noticed that you broke each new major release for the same reason… one would think that you’d learn from your mistake and not make the same one twice ( especially in the following one ) … shows either someone is used to just pressing a few buttons and not caring about what really happens or even bothered to test the release before making it available online. C’mon guys, you’re a professional company, you need to do better! Blindly building new versions is not a good way – speaks volume about how much you you care about the end users’ frustrations. Last item… how about just try to make your plugin little more “efficient” and “responsive” This would really make lots of users quite happy and you guys will begin to get more positive reviews. Cheers, Frustrated user experience but still willing to support you.
Worst composer tested
Praised as the best composer on the market, we immediately noticed that it had major flaws. The use of our own cloud immediately revealed itself to be a major flaw because it took us up to 6 minutes to wait to be able to make a change to the text block. We installed the Virtual Composer Tester template on the site to ensure maximum compatibility but nevertheless the problems continued. Not only that, but after the last plugin update it became impossible to make any changes to the pages because trying to remove or delete a widget, even a simple text block, caused the page to crash and lose all its content. Furthermore, the cloud system slows down the loading times of the site which receives a poor score on GTMetrix. We contacted the support center but after 10 hours of waiting we received no assistance. Even though on the manufacturer’s website they say to respond to everyone within 60 minutes and we didn’t do it over the weekend but during the week. We tried uninstalling the plugin and re-installing the previous version of the plugin, the one that initially worked, but this crashed the entire site, forcing us to carry out 3 restore/backups of the site. Very bad experience. We hope for a refund but we are not sure we will be able to obtain it, given that support does not provide a specific “satisfied or refunded” item, nor does it provide a specific ticket to request a refund

It works well, layouts are great and you can make your own elements. However once you set your site up with this you are locked in. There is not way to make your site usable without Visual Composer once you set it up because it fills your post body with shortcodes.

I work with products of this company since very early years (2014 and before), Visual composer, in my mind, is a cool, and a very underrated builder. Try it!
