(FIXED) Breaks after hours of setup
I spent 8 hours designing a website. Suddenly, the editor started saying “Loading: Please Wait…” and will not load. I switched theme, deactivated plugins, everything. Turns out this is a common error for this plugin and there are know known fixes. UPDATE Helpdesk helped me troubleshoot the issue. Turns out it’s because of my host’s settings.
great plugin & great tech support
Love this plugin… I’ve built multiple sites with it and I really feel like it’s bringing out my best possible work. They have great customer service too, I had an issue after a hosting swap and the Colibri team assisted multiple times until we found the issue and solution. Much appreciated!
Colibri is an Awesome plugin but their Tech Support is even better
I have been using Colibri (pro version) on several sites for the past few years with absolutely no problems. Until last week when I disabled a totally unrelated plugin (apparently unrelated, that is). My site lost all the Colibri Page Builder Pro features!!! I contacted the Colibri Help Desk and they were very responsive, were able to determine what had gone wrong, and fixed it. I am completely happy with Colibri and recommend them to anyone who wants the tools to create a functionally beautiful site!

Thanks to the Support Team, I’m now a paid PRO subscriber (although I think maybe I’m not yet up to the level to call myself PRO…). My subscription is directly due to the great support experience I’ve received to date (very responsive, and good details), plus the Colibri page builder experience I’ve had so far. Beautiful design themes and customizations. The tutorials have been helpful as well!
Great Page Builder…Better Support!
I’ve used Coilibri several times instead of Elementor and WPBakery. The pre-built layouts are really cool and everything is easy to edit with some practice…like any of them. Everytime I have an issue, I email support and Bogdan Crisan (Support Dude) answers very quickly. It’s the support alone that makes the choice easy for me compared to the competition.

Terrible. Destroyed Website simply by enabling the plugin
Thanks for kind support offer. I sadly missed it due to not getting a notification. I figured out what went wrong and tried to remove my review. But it seems there is no way to do so. So I edited it and set this to 4 stars. I don’t think it’s a 5 star product since I have been working with better page builders but my previous rating was too low and caused by the frustration of things breaking and the support seems to be decent as well. My problems with this plugin were caused by another plugin that had a bad interaction with colibri.
