What It Does

This plugin reactivates the visual tab for the bbPress TinyMCE editor, which was disabled by default in bbPress 2.3.0. When activated, it restores this functionality.

In addition to restoring the visual tab, the plugin offers options to enable the full default TinyMCE mode, which displays all buttons similar to the WordPress admin editor. It also adds a media upload button for users with upload permissions.

However, it is important to note that enabling the full TinyMCE mode may cause compatibility issues with certain buttons, especially if third-party buttons are added. The media upload button will only be visible to users who have the ability to upload files, typically authors and above. For allowing normal forum users to upload images, a separate plugin is recommended.
