Spocket is a Scam – Unauthorized Charges and No Support!
My experience with Spocket has been nothing short of a nightmare. After canceling my plan and removing my credit card, they still charged me! This is outright robbery. My account shows no active plan, and there’s no invoice to justify the charge. To make matters worse, their support team was completely useless, and I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. The store setup never worked, and they ignored my support tickets. This service is a scam—stay far away!

They do not allow to unsubscribe
The products they offer are total trash and when you decide to stop using their service, appears that that there is no way to unsubscribe. They intentionally did not add any way to unsubscribe and tell customers to ask customer service to stop the service. Of course, customer service just ignores your request to unsubscribe and they keep charging you. I had to block my credit card at the bank to stop these fraudulent charges.

DO NOT BUY THIS PLUGIN!!! If I could give this ZERO STARS, I would! This plugin NEVER worked. I went through extensive troubleshooting on my own, tried to work with their support team, whose only advice was to log out, clear cache, and log back in. After weeks of waiting for them to “investigate my issue” – they told me they couldn’t resolve it but THERE WOULD BE NO REFUND. I think they purposely waited for weeks so they could make sure their recurring charge went through. I disputed, saying the plugin never worked, but they pointed me to their “no refund policy” under any circumstances. Don’t make the same mistake – DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I had some technical questions about importing products to my store and VASH, was most helpful! He had an answer in just a few minutes! Kudos! Also, JAM is always willing to help no matter what you are asking for! I just sent her an inquiry about 15 products from different suppliers and she had no problem with it. If this is not a top of line support, then what is it?
