Great product and great support.
We’re just getting starting with FluentCart. So far it looks to be an awesome product that will serve us well. Our use case is a bit unique compared to a typical online store with physical or digital products. We needed some minor customizations that would help us better utilize the awesome features of FluentCart. The support and development team was very quick to accommodate our needs. They responded quickly each time and the changes made will allow us to use FluentCart for our specific needs. Many thanks to the support and development team!!
Pleasantly surprised!
Great plugin, I’m loving it! Simple, practical, user friendly, well made, smooth, streamlined, and with more cool stuff to come! Ideal if you need to set up a not overly complex but solid shop and don’t need all the fluff and confusion that WooCommerce implies.

Inferior product – save your money
A premium product with no styling dashboard. Contacted support after paying over $1000 for an agency license, thinking this will be a good upgrade for clients, just to find out the the “styling videos” posted online hides more then they uncover. Yes, you can style a specific button, SOMETIMES, but in most cases you got an inferior product that is not working right, or just works bad. I could do the stripe integration with so many products, thinking using this will integrated better with fluent forms, fluent crm, etc. It was a bad ideaa and a bad investment. It has a potential but it’s not smething i will use or offer clients who wants stability, functionality and design. Free version? OKPaid version? maybe when this will act like a real product, not just wrapped and sold as one. I’m not one to leave reviews, but thought i should share my experience maybe save someone else a $1000

Great service, great software – perfect with Fluent suite of plugins
At first I was cautious with migrating to Fluent, I wasn’t sure how it would do. But after gaining a lot of trust from the WP Manage Ninja theme for FluentCRM en FluentCommunity I wanted to migrate. Woo was getting slower and slower and I needed lots of plug-ins.Had some trouble with a specific situation, team fixed it within 8 hours and sent me the beta release so I could continue without trouble.

WooCommerce 2.0, built by someone else
I’ve been using FluentCart to run my online store, and it’s the fastest and easiest ecommerce plugin I’ve worked with on WordPress. Still early days for the plugin, but very promising. I’ve already had successful sales through it and haven’t run into any conversion-breaking bugs so far. The admin is super fast, almost the entire admin runs as a single-page app (SPA), which makes a real difference in day-to-day use. Adding products is a breeze, and the built-in bulk editor is great for managing a catalog quickly. Also funny that a third-party ecommerce platform implemented the WordPress block editor in their product editor before Automattic managed to do it in WooCommerce. The devs are genuinely active on their forum, open to feature suggestions, and they actually listen to bug reports. They were also ahead of the curve with the EU’s right-of-withdrawal rules that went into effect in 2026, supporting them natively without needing a third-party add-on. Several features already included here would cost extra, expensive yearly add-ons on WooCommerce. We get solid, substantial updates every month. If this pace continues, this could become a real competitor to WooCommerce and even Shopify.

A total pain to deal with.
First of all, you hijacked the default WordPress admin panel for better speed and fancy design, but did anyone every told you that it’s a total mess in terms of ux? I was confused for the first few seconds about what was going on. Why does it look so weird all of a sudden? I still gave it a pass since this is an alternative to Woo, and maybe it’s worth the hassle! But no. You’ve changed the default way of doing normal Woo actions; the user experience still sucks. I never subscribed to your dashboard theme and probably hate it even more. It created a disjointed experience and always reminded me that I’m not on a WordPress site. And to top it off, thanks to your plugin, my store’s permalinks are not working even after uninstalling it. I now have to spend more time fixing the store instead of my regular tasks. I hope I never have to deal with Fluent Cart again.
