Outstanding product and genuinely helpful support SureCart is an exceptionally well-built product. It’s stable, reliable, and works exactly as expected – which is crucial when you’re running subscriptions and digital sales. The overall architecture feels clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. What truly stands out, though, is the support. Responses are fast, clear, and genuinely helpful. Most importantly, you’re communicating with a real human who understands the issue and actually wants to solve it – not an automated AI reply or a generic template response. That level of thoughtful, human support is rare these days. In terms of future development, I’m especially looking forward to deeper integration with Breakdance – that would be a huge advantage for creators building fully custom frontends. I’d also love to see more advanced customization options for physical product shipping, particularly better integration with major local carriers like InPost in Poland. That would make the platform even more powerful for hybrid digital + physical businesses. Even at this stage, the product feels polished and dependable. Highly recommended.
Not perfect but working hard to improve.
I had a problem with the checkout form in that I couldn’t set the default country. They were very helpful and patient walking me through the process. The problem was partly mine and theirs with documentation error and a program error. Both were fixed in the next release. They are very responsive.

I’m setting up a simple hobby shop and SureCart is perfect. Plenty of online documentation to setup a simple shop with integration into Stripe for ApplePay and credit cards. Note that the service is provided through SureCart servers.

No local data – stored at SureCart
I was very excited to use SureCart as it appeared simple to use and quick to install various product options. But, and this really is a big BUT, your store order data is not held on your website but in SureCarts cloud service. That for me is a big NO THANKS. If there was an option to choose where to store your data, e.g. locally or in SureCart cloud then it would be a winner and worth 5 stars. Even ChatGPT said not to use it LOL due to the data storage issue.
NO shop page, you have to design it.
SureCart fails right out of the box, the plugin does not have a shop page at all, no checkout page. ALl the literature and there website, there videos saying they providing sample shop templates, is all a lie. It is 100% you have to code from the moment you download it. It would be nice if you could install it, select a default template for your shop page, so you can hit the ground running, then if you decide to make things flashy later you can. Right out the box you have to pay extra for additional page editor professional editions that code the elements for your shop page, that deal with their specific shop interface custom elements. You literally have to 100% code, straight away the shop page elements or you do not have a shop page, you do not have a checkout page. Rubbish product.
