What It Does

Usability research revealed that 97% of customers expect to be able to monitor every step of the shipping process for the products they have purchased online.

Thanks to the free plugin YITH WooCommerce Order & Shipment Tracking, you can add the shipping information such as carrier's name, delivery date, tracking code, and carrier's site URL to track the order in real time to every order. This information will be shown on your customers' accounts, both in the orders list and order details.

Providing users with a tool to monitor product shipping simplifies the sale process, strengthens their trust in your shop, and reduces the workload on your customer service.

The free version allows you to set a default carrier, enter tracking numbers, and display tracking info on user orders. The premium version offers even more features such as a list of over 480 supported carriers, estimated delivery dates, and email notifications with tracking info.
