Room for Improvement: Decent Plugin with Unresolved Issues
I recently tried out the WPC Product Options for WooCommerce plugin, and while it has potential, there are some significant issues that need to be addressed. One of the main drawbacks I encountered was the lack of responsiveness from the support team. Despite reaching out with a critical issue, I did not receive a response or acknowledgment, which was disappointing. Additionally, there are some unresolved issues with the plugin’s functionality that hindered my experience. While it’s not entirely unusable, these issues detract from the overall effectiveness of the plugin. Overall, the WPC Product Options for WooCommerce plugin has its merits, but it falls short in terms of customer support and resolving issues. With some improvements and better support responsiveness, it could be a valuable tool for WooCommerce users. I’ve given it 2 stars as an acknowledgment of its potential, but I hope to see improvements in the future, and maybe rewrite this review in more positive terms.

Too poor ergonomy & WPML integration
I will confirm a former negative review … though there is an obvious potential, since it’s really easy to undertand and set rules, and it seems well coded, using low CPU, and well integrated in WP/WC environment. That being said: Real deficit in tab to organize the options per whatever, generating a big waste of time to check per product or kind of product that everything gets what it needs I am not at ease with working with a team … without any written support policy, without any documentation, without (or hiding) their company registration number and location …. this is an open door to answers like: “this out of our scope” … “refund does not in that case” support is not really supportive …. they can even refuse to answer a question where an AI will give one that performs Not directly compatible with WPML … and create specific rules per product in other languages makes it so more complicated than it’s already At the end of the game, it’s not only about Tech, it’s also fairness and customer care

Not working as intended
Once you add an option to a product on the product page, you cannot delete it again. It does not honour the selected variants when adding it globally, and only selects the variants you want; it just shows for all variants

The best plugin to customize product options
Great plugin with multiple fields as dates and option to block some dates.

Unmatched Functionality – GREAT PLUGIN
I’ve tried several plugins, both free and paid, and none come close to offering the functionality that this one provides. It works exactly as needed and includes features that even some paid plugins lack (but should have). If you need options for WooCommerce products, this is definitely one of the plugins you can’t go wrong with. And the best part? Install it, set it up, and it just works. Great job, team!
