Above and beyond
The Paymattic support team went above and beyond, and then found another level beyond that to assist in our implementation. They resolved problems with the payment processor, and then took the time to provide assistance in formatting issues within the builder. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this product on other sites and refer them to everyone!!

WPManageNinja Does It Again!
I am starting to believe they really are ninjas, the name isn’t telling a lie. As always every plugin I have purchased from their Fluent family – including Paymattic – has been fairly price, well written, extremely useful, and rarely takes a lot of energy to figure out … most everything is rather intuitive.Even more important, especially now when value for your money is even more important – the struggle is real! – their support team is always so quick to help, suggest ideas, find solutions, and really is like having a partner along the way.I’ve never been made to feel like just a random customer with anyone from their team.So far I have invested in FluentCRM, FluentSupport, FluentBoard, Paymattic, and am now keeping a watchful eye on FluentCommunity — I don’t regret a single purchase.These are the people to keep an eye on, because they are really bringing the good stuff to WP.Jas

I’ve been using both the free and the Pro versions of Paymattic for quite some time, and it has become an essential part of my workflow. I use it to manage the semi-annual subscriptions for my small e-learning platform, and it has proven to be reliable and flexible. One of the things I appreciate most is how well it integrates with other plugins developed by WPManageNinja, making it easy to build a complete and consistent ecosystem. In my opinion, the Pro version is fairly priced considering the features and value it provides. Like any software, it’s not perfect and there are still some areas that could be improved. However, what really makes the difference is the support team: they are responsive, helpful, and genuinely focused on solving problems quickly. Overall, I highly recommend Paymattic to anyone looking for a solid payment form and subscription solution for WordPress.
