I really appreciated the great service of Nayeem Hossen. My problem was one I had not addressed for a few years, since I only started using my website recently to sell art prints.Having purchased a lifetime license, I reached out to Codesigner Support, since I could not get the pro features working.Nayeem was diligent in responding and in helping me with each step! It was a complicated issue, since my license was purchased when it was ‘Woolentor’, so I feel this experience says a lot for the company backing up the ‘Lifetime’ purchase of this plugin. I would certainly recommend going ahead and purchasing the ‘Lifetime Pro Codesigner’ plugin.

No Support Response – Templates Not Working
I purchased templates from CodeDesigner, but unfortunately they do not load or import correctly. Despite submitting four support requests so far, I have not received any response. Since the product is not usable, I requested a refund. However, there has been no reaction to that request either. Reliable customer support is essential for digital products, especially when technical issues arise. If support inquiries remain unanswered and refund requests are not processed, this is, in my opinion, not professional. I still hope for a resolution, but at this point, I cannot recommend this provider.

Stay away, don’t pay for it
Design library not loading, documentation page not loading. I bought it to create a quick site but if there are no designs loading then it’s no use. No help either. I rather use shopengine. It looks if the developer are giving up on it. I bought the the 5 license pro account because the say they got a 30 day refund policy if it doesn’t work correctly. This product doesn’t work like advertised. No design library because they took it down to redesign it. That can take some time. They try everything not to refund the product, even offer to upgrade my account to 10 license. I needed the product the day when I bought it not when it’s ready. I bought another product and my site is almost finish and can be launched soon. This is not a trustworthy company maybe they where before but not anymore.

Be Careful with This Plugin
At first, I thought about letting it go and forgetting this plugin, but it’s not fair to stay silent for those who are placing high hopes on it. So here I am, sharing my experience. If you’re okay dealing with multiple, recurring issues — go for it. But be warned: I received a vulnerability warning from my Hostinger dashboard, stating that this plugin was harming Elementor. My site layout was broken until I deactivated the CoDesigner plugin. Here is the warning I got from Hostinger Dashboard: Cross Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability discovered by Robert DeVore (Patchstack Alliance) in WordPress Plugin CoDesigner WooCommerce Builder for Elementor (versions <= 4.21) It seems like they have only one technical support specialist. While he was responsive and tried his best, the issues remained unresolved. They don’t seem to value customers’ time. As long as they keep trying to fix the endless problems, they refuse to issue a refund — which essentially means “all sales are final.” I wish I had read more 1-star and 2-star reviews before installing this plugin. It wasted so much of my time. If you’re using the Astra theme, I recommend upgrading to the Pro version. It solved all my problems, and I can now enable one-click checkout and skip the cart page. For fellow newbies, here’s an honest piece of advice: do not install too many plugins. Instead, upgrade Elementor and your theme. Every plugin you add increases the risk of slowing down your site or causing conflicts — even with something as essential as Elementor, just like CoDesigner did.
