Excellent Wholesale Plugin with Room for Some Improvements
WholesaleX is a solid plugin that makes managing B2B and wholesale pricing on WooCommerce straightforward and efficient. The setup process is smooth, and it offers useful features like tiered pricing and user role management, which are essential for wholesale stores. The plugin integrates well with WooCommerce and allows for easy control over wholesale discounts and pricing visibility. Customer support has been responsive and helpful when I had questions. That said, I would appreciate some enhancements in the user interface to make navigating pricing rules even more intuitive. Overall, WholesaleX is a reliable choice for anyone running a wholesale WooCommerce store.
Great support
Overall a great B2B and B2C hybrid site plugin. We have quantity discounts set up for guests and B2C customers and also wholesale from our B2B customers. I had some issues when the plugin updated to version 3.0. They had good tech support and helped me get through a few issues. The interface is clean and easy to understand.
Decent Plugin with a Few Hiccups
Removed another star because lack of support. I’ve submitted a ticket and received no response after a few days. I’ve had the lifetime upgrade to this plugin for a while and it works well enough, but they recently updated it to add several inactive menu items for WPXPO’s other plugins in the backend menu. I messaged them about this and was told that they were added for “promotional purposes” and there was no way to get rid of these. After leaving a negative review, they jumped to action and updated the plugin to remove the offending menu ads, but I’d prefer a company to use more foresight and customer feedback to make changes and not just make changes for damage control. The plugin itself is a decent value, but they could use a little more work figuring out how customers use it to polish some of the functions. For instance, there’s a fixed Customer role and a fixed Guest role, but my company doesn’t need both and there’s no way to remove one or the other so I have to duplicate all the customer pricing into the guest pricing as well which is annoying. The Dynamic Rules is a great feature to simplify pricing discounts, but it doesn’t always seem to work consistently. It’s also annoying that there’s no option to see the different prices from the admin login on a product page without cross referencing with the product backend. I also can’t seem to find a way to apply any of the pricing rules manually from the backend when creating an order for a customer so I have to create an order from the frontend while using a User Switching plugin in order to get the correct pricing and then switch back to an admin user to finalize the order. There are a number of other little inconveniences like this, but ultimately the core of the plugin does what it says it will do. Overall, it’s decent and worth a look, but there’s still some room for improvement.

This plugin is another gem from WPXPO team. There is no doubt that their plugins are incredible. WholesaleX is super user friendly plugin with an amazing UX. It has made my life easier. Support is AMAZING too. Look no further if you are looking for a wholesale funtionaliy for your store. 10 stars from me guys.

I recently subscribed to WholesaleX and so far, I am very happy with the plugin and the support team. I had some issues with my website and some price issues, and Owadud one of their engineers helped me with everything. Now my website in running smooth, the wholesale area is fantastic. Now I can focus on wholesaling This is the type of plugin and support I love as an entrepreneur. Definitely recommend them. Keep the great job Owadud!!!!
