No support, does not work
NO SUPPORT 🙁 although we do pay 9.00Euros a month in order to have viva payments but their plugin does not work and they don’t seam to be interested in supporting and fixing the plugin.
Customers paying without order creation
It deducts the money from the customer’s card, but does not create the order, so we do not know that the purchase has been made. Everything worked flawlessly with the previous extension, but this version is buggy. WordPress Multisite. In the error log the subdomain sites doesn find the corresponding database.

Ho iniziato con Viva Wallet, anche con entusiasmo, sia per i costi e il recupero degli interessi, perciò ottima scelta, e anche nel punto vendita uso fisicamente questo sistema, poi lo messo anche in rete nel mio sito Web, ma ha iniziato a dare problemi, e far saltare i pagamenti, oppure il cliente riprovava più volte…. attualmente uso altro nel web, mentre lo tengo nel mio studio, e ho il suo mini POS portatile che si connette al telefono va benissimo, ed è perfetto per me che viaggio e faccio consulenze in giro per l’Italia Francesco Ciani <font _mstmutation=”1″></font>

Worst support or non at all!
Plugin causing huge issues with server null agents as a payment header. Having had issues since being forced to move to Smart Checkout and charging extra commission payments arrive in account but Woo Commerce shows them as pending payments which impacts operations and stock levels. Reached out to Viva on 08/05/25 and still no resolve! In fact for past week there has been zero communication after attempts to email and call. Crazy how Viva can get away with this! A forced change for more commission and causing major issues with the site. Time to move away for sure!
