Shortcoder plugin allows you to create custom shortcodes for HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and other code snippets. Now the shortcodes can be used in posts/pages and the snippet will be replaced in place.
With Shortcoder, you can create shortcodes easily by giving a name for the shortcode, pasting the HTML/JavaScript/CSS as shortcode content, and saving it. You can then insert the shortcode in your post/page.
This plugin features the ability to create custom shortcodes and use them anywhere shortcodes are supported. You can insert any HTML, JavaScript, or CSS as shortcode content and include custom and WordPress parameters. It also provides multiple editors, including code, visual, and text modes.
You can disable the shortcode globally when not needed or on specific devices. A button in the post editor allows you to pick and insert shortcodes easily. Shortcoder also supports the Gutenberg/block editor for inserting shortcodes.
Shortcoder offers a PRO version that includes additional features such as a custom editor, translation support with WPML, revision support, and the ability to locate shortcodes in posts and pages.
