Changed Permalink Settings without my permission on the live site!
Really pathetic! As soon as I activated it, the plugin changed the default “Permalink Settings” on our live site and said that it did so to fix a 404 error!! Arrghhh There’s a reason we set the Permalinks to what we wanted! BE CAREFUL when activating this or you could lose a lot of your SEO and get many 404 not found errors on your blogs
This is just a trial at best
In the free version, there’s essentially nothing worth using. You can’t even add an Amazon tracking ID, and most of the features you’d expect are locked away. If you want a fully functional online bookstore, that privilege starts at $50 a year.
The plugin is amazing for Book Library
I love the plugin as it is easy to handle, work with and easy to scrape book from Amazon with a few clicks. It is not fully automated but super easy to add 100-300-1000 book in a few minutes. Pros: shortcodes to make all pages easy to navigate, edit and showcase books, authors, series super easy Amazon scrapper directly in your browser, so this is important to read fully and order the version where you can get the scrapper You can edit the shortcodes, manipulate colors, text sizes, buttons. Downside: you have to be careful the plugin upload a book even if you already uploaded it a few days back, so this is something the plugin developers should think about the same goes with series, sometimes a few books generates 2 series and duplicate it, which is not very good for SEO i think there should be a short code to show books by specific series, tropes the shortcode for showing books by authors should be showing more than 4 authors per loading, so it is not so frustrating to check them all I personally got the lifetime plugin and i think is good investment, if in future some of the plugin futures are updated, will be nice but even now, the plugin is good and works better than 80% of its competitors

A Practical, Time-Saving Solution for Author Websites
RS WP Book Showcase Pro has dramatically simplified the process of adding books to my author website. The new Amazon Book Import feature is especially impressive. Instead of manually entering metadata, descriptions, cover images, and publishing details one field at a time, the plugin now allows authors to fetch and import book information quickly and efficiently directly from Amazon. What I appreciate most is that the feature feels practical and workflow-focused. It solves a real-world problem for authors and publishers who are already balancing writing, publishing, marketing, and website management. The interface is approachable, the process is streamlined, and the time savings are substantial—particularly for larger catalogs. I also want to compliment Abdullah and the RS WP Themes team for their responsiveness and continued development of the plugin. It is refreshing to see meaningful improvements that genuinely enhance usability rather than simply adding unnecessary complexity. Highly recommended for authors, publishers, and literary websites using WordPress. — Dr. John Elcik

Pulls random religious books from Amazon at start with affiliate links
I wanted to use this for my author site, using my own books. Instead, at the start, the plugin invited me to use a quick start and pulled random religious books from Amazon, complete with publishing those pages and adding buy now buttons containing affiliate links which according to laws around the world should always be disclosed. Never have I ever deactivated a plugin so quickly.
