What It Does

Resize your images before they are uploaded to your website, eliminating the need for image editing software. This plugin allows you to drag and drop images directly from your digital camera to WordPress.

It works best in HTML5 compatible web browsers like Chrome or Firefox. If your browser does not support HTML5, the plugin will switch to the Adobe Flash version, which may disable drag and drop functionality.

This plugin removes the upload file size limit and enables the resize function, allowing you to specify image quality and dimensions. The default quality is set to 80, balancing file size and image quality.

With this plugin, you will use less bandwidth when uploading images, and users will no longer have to wait for large images to load. You can also set constants in wp-config.php to enforce specific resize dimensions.
