Paid Product Broke WooCommerce Checkout and Support Sent Us in Circles
We had been using NitroPack as a paid customer and initially liked the performance improvements it provided. Unfortunately, we ultimately had to uninstall it because it caused a serious problem with our WooCommerce checkout. With NitroPack enabled, our checkout would frequently fail to initialize correctly on the first visit. The payment section would remain stuck behind loading spinners, and attempting to use WooCommerce PayPal Payments would result in a “Could not validate nonce” error. This was not something we concluded after five minutes of troubleshooting. We spent considerable time isolating the problem. During testing: WooCommerce checkout worked normally when NitroPack was placed in Test Mode. Checkout worked normally when NitroPack was disabled. The ?nonitro version of the checkout loaded correctly on the first attempt. With NitroPack operating normally, the WooCommerce ?wc-ajax=update_order_review request would fail with a 403 and return -1. Simply refreshing the checkout page would often make it work. We explicitly excluded the checkout URL. We excluded the WooCommerce PayPal Payments button JavaScript from NitroPack optimization. We attempted to exclude the affected WooCommerce AJAX request. We completely purged NitroPack’s cache between tests. We even configured and manually tested a WP-CLI cache purge after being directed toward stale nonce/cache-expiration explanations. When IP blocking was suggested as a possible explanation for the 403 response, we whitelisted the relevant IPs in the firewall. The problem remained. What made the experience especially frustrating was that we were repeatedly given explanations and workarounds rather than a solution to the underlying problem. One suggested approach involved periodically purging the checkout cache to work around nonce expiration. We are running a production website that accepts payments; we do not consider periodically purging a checkout page to keep payment processing reliable an acceptable long-term solution. We also discovered that manually configuring a shorter cache expiration period requires upgrading to a higher NitroPack plan. As an existing paid customer already troubleshooting a compatibility problem, being asked to pay for a higher tier to gain additional control over cache expiration was disappointing. Ultimately, the deciding factor was simple: with NitroPack active, we could reproduce the checkout failure; with NitroPack deactivated, checkout loaded correctly. A performance optimization product cannot come at the expense of a reliable checkout. PageSpeed scores are useful, but customers being able to complete a purchase is considerably more important. We uninstalled NitroPack and will be using other methods to optimize the website. I hope NitroPack investigates WooCommerce checkout, AJAX, nonce, and payment-gateway compatibility more thoroughly. The performance improvements were good, but for an ecommerce website, reliability has to come first. Updated to 5 Stars — We Found the Actual CauseI wanted to update our original review after spending several more hours troubleshooting the WooCommerce checkout issue.We initially believed NitroPack was causing our checkout to fail because disabling NitroPack immediately resolved the problem. However, after further testing, including testing another caching solution that produced the exact same checkout failure, we discovered that NitroPack was not actually the underlying cause.Our pricing buttons were using WooCommerce direct-to-checkout URLs:/checkout/?add-to-cart=PRODUCT_ID&quantity=1Although WooCommerce supports this type of URL, in our particular configuration the direct jump to Checkout was causing the checkout session/order review process to fail whenever page caching was active.We compared the site with another WooCommerce website we manage that runs NitroPack without this issue and noticed that website sends customers through the Cart first:/cart/?add-to-cart=PRODUCT_ID&quantity=1We changed our purchase links to use the same Cart-first process, re-enabled NitroPack, and tested everything again in a fresh incognito session.Checkout now works perfectly with NitroPack enabled.More importantly, we regained the excellent performance that originally made us want to use NitroPack, particularly the significant improvement to our mobile PageSpeed performance.I also want to give credit to the NitroPack team for following up with us, acknowledging our concerns, explaining their recent WooCommerce nonce handling changes, and offering to personally investigate the problem on a staging copy of our website.Our original frustration was genuine, but after identifying the actual cause, it would not be fair to leave NitroPack with the rating we originally gave it.We have updated our review to 5 stars.For anyone experiencing a similar WooCommerce checkout issue while using caching: if you are sending customers directly to /checkout/?add-to-cart=…, try routing them through /cart/?add-to-cart=… first. That single change completely resolved the issue for us.NitroPack is back on our website, checkout is working properly, and we’re happy to give it five stars.

Wanna Drop Ranking Use Nitropack?
Using nitropack from past 2 years. They should update thier things. This plugin is not working anymore and their support system is also not as before not helping not replying.
