Scam ! – They don’t refund, careful guys !
I bought the plugin yesterday and unfortunately, I noticed after a short time that its not going to fit my needs. They promote their 30 days refund guarantee, but unfortunately it’s not true. I asked for it one hour after I bought the extension to cancel it ASAP before the money transfer even takes places. I explained my issue via ticket, but they told me that it doesn’t fit their refund policy. So careful before buying, their 30 days refund policy is a marketing scam!

Mobile App is no improvement over using WP mobile app
I downloaded the Motopress Hotel Booking app from Google Store and installed it using an api generated from the Motopress plugin on my WP site. The resulting single-page view of my booking calander on my mobile phone has less detail than the booking calendar I can view from my mobile WP site. Also, dates blocked using the Booking Rules in the WP motopress plugin aren’t showing on the mobile single-page calandar app. BTW My main concern with using the Hotel booking plugin on my mobile is that the text fields require very small finger-tips to add booking rules, make or cancel booking reservations etc :). I was hoping the Mobile app downloaded from Google Store would solve this. However, it is still best to use a lap-top or desk-top computer screen to access your bookings. I should mention that we have been using Motopress Hotel Booking on our WP site for many years and find it perfect for our small accommodation business! (the one-star is only for the mobile booking app) It is just not well suited for use on a mobile phone. So, I am deleting the single-page Motopress Hotel Booking app from my phone and sticking to using the WP mobile app and WP site accessed from my desktop PC.
No refunds given, check before purchase…
I purchased the Appointment Booking plugin from MotoPress expecting it would meet my needs based on their website. After several hours of testing, it became clear it wouldn’t work for my use case, so I opened a support ticket to request a refund. Unfortunately, the support I received (from Eugene) was dismissive and unprofessional. I was told things such as: “we never stated that the Appointment Booking plugin can be used for overnight bookings. I think you would agree that ‘overnight appointments’ sounds odd.” Not only was this unhelpful, but also unnecessarily rude. When I explained I had started a chargeback with my bank, the reply was equally unaccommodating, stating they would be “happy to provide evidence” to the bank rather than offer any resolution. In over 20 years of purchasing premium plugins, I’ve always been refunded when a product clearly didn’t suit the use case – MotoPress is the first company I’ve encountered that refused to do so. Warning to others: make absolutely sure this plugin fits your exact requirements before purchasing, as refunds are not guaranteed, even if the product is unusable for your situation.

The most professional and intuitive booking system!
I have been using the MotoPress Hotel Booking plugin for my luxury project, private Villa, and I am beyond impressed. The system is incredibly lightweight, pedantic in its organization, and extremely easy to work with, even for those who want a high-end, professional result without complicated coding. It handles everything from seasonal pricing to synchronized calendars perfectly. If you want a reliable and clean booking solution for your business, this is it. Five stars is the least I can give!
Stable and reliable hotel booking plugin
I first came across this plugin about 6 years ago for a client project. After handing over the site, the client reached out just to tell me how much they loved its simplicity and ease of use. That experience actually inspired me to create a video tutorial about it on my channel. Fast forward to 2026, and this plugin is not only still here, but it’s much improved, incredibly stable with a mobile app in place too. It is clearly built and maintained by real humans who truly understand the hotel and booking business.

Professional Grade Booking Solution!
I have been testing several solutions for my tourism and real estate projects, and MotoPress Hotel Booking is by far the most reliable one. The system is robust, easy to configure, and offers all the professional features needed for modern property management. What impressed me the most is the efficiency of their team and the quality of the software. It handles everything seamlessly, from calendar sync to booking rules.

Misleading “Free Trial” and Appalling Customer Support
I purchased a MotoPress plugin that was advertised as including a free trial, with the checkout page literally stating “Pay and start trial.” Naturally, I assumed this meant I could try the plugin risk-free and request a refund if it wasn’t suitable. My assumption was completely reasonable — the “free trial” wording also appears on other pages within the same Hotel Booking plugin environment, which the plugin I purchased depends on. So when the checkout reinforced that message, I believed the same trial conditions applied across their connected products. I realised within 24 hours that the plugin wouldn’t suit my needs and requested a refund right away. Instead of a professional or understanding response, I received dismissive, gaslighting replies from support. The representative twisted parts of my message, falsely claimed I hadn’t provided a reason for the refund (I clearly had), and replied in a defensive, accusatory tone rather than offering any genuine help. It’s misleading to advertise a free trial when there is no trial at all, and it’s unethical to treat customers this way when the misunderstanding stems from their own marketing. Their support seems designed to wear you down rather than provide genuine assistance. Warning to others: Be absolutely certain this plugin fits your exact needs before purchasing. Once they have your money, you’re unlikely to get any meaningful help or refund — even if their own checkout and related product pages give the impression of a free trial.
