Codebase very flawed
We took over a legacy site that uses this plugin. In theory the idea is good, but we often had problems with the code base, missing or outdated documentation and some straight-up bugs and oversights in the code. When updating the dependencies for the site, this plugin is often the only one that leads to problems. I would recommend looking for an alternative.
Top tier support response time
I submitted a support ticket Friday afternoon and had a reply within the hour and a fix Monday morning with follow-ups to verify everything was working properly again. Molongui are among the top tier of WP plugin support.

Five-Star Support and an Excellent Plugin
I use Molongui Authorship Pro for our multilingual literary magazine Poet (Sweden) built on the Zeen theme and WPML. The plugin itself is excellent, but what impressed me even more was the support. John Locke and the Molongui team went far beyond what I expected. They patiently investigated several compatibility issues with my theme, customized the author page template, fixed the author box, removed unwanted elements, and ensured everything worked exactly as I wanted. During the process I also developed a live search feature for our Contributors page that integrates with Molongui.
