I Do Not Like Modula
I found Modula difficult to use and not well‑suited for an easy workflow. I work exclusively with WordPress and focus on teaching small business owners and start‑ups how to confidently edit and manage their own websites. After testing the free version and then purchasing both the Starter and Trio plans, I still found the plugin cumbersome and unintuitive. Because I train clients who often have limited time and technical experience, I look for plugins that are logical, easy to navigate, and simple to teach. Modula requires more time and effort than the average small business owner can reasonably invest. One of the main advantages of using plugins is that developers handle updates, which helps keep websites secure without requiring business owners to hire a developer for every change. This ease of maintenance is essential for small businesses and start‑ups, and unfortunately Modula did not meet that standard for my needs.
Great Plugin and Excellent Support
I had a problem with the plugin, but the support team resolved it very quickly and efficiently. What surprised me the most was that it was Sunday, and I still received fast assistance and a solution to the problem. I have been using this plugin for a long time and I am very happy with it. It works great, and the quality of the support is excellent. I definitely recommend it!
Customer Service Exceeded All Possible Expections
I am doing an overhaul of my website using the Modula Galleries. After I downloaded the Modula plugin, Cristian contacted me from Modula. Since then, he has helped me configure the galleries in a very specific way that will benefit the people that come to my website. He went as far as doing CSS code for the webpage. He even offered to login to a shared Wordpress platform to help me get the galleries optimized on the website. All this for free!!! This customer service was a good as I’ve ever had, and exceeded all possible expectations.
