Minimal Coming Soon – Coming Soon Page

I’ve gotten the premium/pro version of this but after lots of tries and trust, I give up. It’s a horrible plugin. Most of the time, I get white text on white backgrounds, or black text on black backgrounds, which is sloppy and lazy quality control by the plugin developer, even if I am using their stock themes: that’s their responsibility to correct. Also: every time you leave a page, even after saving, it says “are you sure” – simply bad coding. Time to give up after months and months.

This plugin breaks something in wordpress related to JSON. It interfere with WPML, it took me a while to figure out. If you install this plugin and you have WPML you will get API REST Wordpress error. I deactivated all plugins 1 by 1 to find that this plugin was the culprit, everything is fully updated to latest versions.

Kudos to your seo team as this is the first app that shows when searched “maintenance” but this plugin is not good. It will keep pushing the pro version which is understandable but unnecessary. Better to use a different much simpler free plugin
