I want to express my huge gratitude to the Masteriyo team for creating a truly high-quality LMS! This is the best learning management system I’ve ever worked with. The plugin is incredibly fast — pages load instantly. The interface is thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details: it’s convenient for both students and instructors. Everything is intuitive and doesn’t require a long learning curve. A special plus for the excellent responsive design — everything works perfectly on both mobile devices and desktops. I really appreciate the numerous native integrations with payment systems without needing to install WooCommerce. This simplifies setup and reduces the load on the website. But most importantly — Masteriyo works stably! No unexpected crashes or conflicts. Everything runs smoothly and reliably. I especially want to highlight the technical support. The team is amazing! We've been using Masteriyo LMS to deliver our online business courses, and the overall experience has been excellent. During our Razorpay payment integration, we encountered a technical issue where payment verification occasionally failed after successful payment capture. The Masteriyo support team took the issue seriously, escalated it to their development team, identified the root cause, and provided us with a patched version very quickly. After testing multiple live transactions, the issue was resolved successfully. We especially appreciate their responsive support, willingness to investigate deeply, and commitment to including the fix in an upcoming official release. Frustrating experience – Settings don’t save and key features are broken
I am highly disappointed with the Masteriyo plugin. It has caused nothing but frustration. Major settings refuse to stick, I configure everything exactly how I need it, but the moment the page refreshes, it resets as if I did nothing at all. To make matters worse, the email verification feature completely fails to work. While the certificate feature technically works, the design is incredibly ugly and customizing it to look even remotely professional is a massive, difficult headache. This plugin is simply not reliable for a live site. I cannot recommend it.
