FAQ

Yes! HT Contact Form is completely free with no premium version required. All 38+ fields and 21+ integrations are included.

For security, the plugin uses the direct connection IP by default, which on sites behind Cloudflare, a CDN, or a reverse proxy is the proxy’s address — not the visitor’s. To trust the forwarded visitor IP (CF-Connecting-IP / X-Forwarded-For), add this to your theme’s functions.php or a snippet plugin:

add_filter( 'htcf_trust_proxy_headers', '__return_true' );

Only enable this if your site is genuinely behind a trusted proxy, since these headers can be spoofed on direct-connection setups.
