The support is horrible! I purchased this plug-in 5 days ago and they finally just got back to me today. Their customer service is horrible, and then they respond to their last troubleshooting ticket at 1 AM and then take another 24 hours to get back to you. When you call them out for the slow support they say that they responded to the first email with their limited support hours. What a joke! Do yourself a favor find a different plugin to use. I wished I saw the reviews here first, the last decent review they had was almost 5 years ago.

This plugin works with some tweaking, but the support just stopped after a while
I’ve been trying to figure out where to leave a review for this and I think I’m in the right place. I’m using the +More Stripe add-on + Stripe Connect. We were having a lot of issues with this plugin at first and I had a lot of back and forth with I assume Naomi, the creator of the plugin. It took some time and a paid session and finally she was able to help me get it to work which is great! But then when we had more questions about the plugin our emails were completely ignored. The good support that I had come to expect was just nonexistent. Let me just say that I am a very forgiving person. I gave them days to answer me, and then weeks. I sent another email. I responded to the old email. I waited another month and then sent a new email through the website in case it wasn’t going through. I am not impatient but we are trying to start a business and I’m not sure if my questions got annoying or if they expected me to pay, but I never received any replies. I even said in one of the emails that I would pay for a session if the creator would be willing to discuss the terms but I never received a reply (I didn’t go through the payment form on the website because I was requesting something very specific and I wasn’t going to pay for something non-refundable when I didn’t even know if it was something they would be willing to do). It’s been months since then and I am finally leaving this review because I find that very unprofessional behavior. I understand that these people have lives but I am paying a monthly fee for this plugin and I at least expect to be answered even if there isn’t a lot they can do for me. It’s really disappointing, to say the least.

atrocious support
You have to pay $49 for email support. The author of the plugin, Naomi personally responds to the email and her tone is so arrogant. It’s like she’s bestowed upon you a great honor that she’s responded to you. And wait, there’s more! Stripe(more) — more payments, more bugs, more issues. If it’s possible to give negative 5 rating, I would

Broke on update, caused major payment error
The paid upgrade to this plugin, which should allow forms to use multiple currencies and allow multiple API keys per form, worked well for a while. Then a recent update caused it to deactivate the plugin (as confirmed by support email to developer) which caused a serious problem for a client who ended up billing their client a large amount in the wrong currency. These upgrades are also poorly documented and explained, even when communicating directly with the developer. Not a great experience.
