What It Does

The APG Google Video Sitemap Feed dynamically generates a video sitemap for Google by creating a virtual sitemap-video.xml file.

This plugin requires virtually no configuration, functioning autonomously and automatically. It automatically adds all videos from YouTube, Vimeo, and Dailymotion, and supports all types of custom posts.

It manages external video data cache automatically to speed up the creation of the sitemap-video.xml file. The site administrator is notified via email if a video has been deleted or marked as private, allowing them to edit the entry and remove the invalid URL.

This plugin is fully compatible with multisite WordPress installations and automatically informs Google and Bing whenever a new post or page is published. It can generate multiple sitemaps with a maximum of 50,000 videos each.
