1 on 1 Support is Misleading
I would have gone with a different app if I had known it would take nearly a week of going back and forth to get this app set-up for a very simply shipping scenario. There is no real 1on1 support. Some of our products are heavy, so we need to use Freight. There are literally no support docs for fedex freight

Great for Mixed Shipping- Free & Paid
I needed to set up shipping for items always Free to lower 48, Local Pickups, and Paid shipping for heavy/oversized items. Plus shipping for AL, HI (paid). Including a Handling fee for signature/insurance. It was tricky, but Piotrek worked with me to get it right for USPS and FedEx. I was also able to show the customer which items were “Free” shipping and which were paid. I used the “Notice” plugin for those that require them to contact us. He had me set up a “staging” site, where he also had access, so we could keep tweaking it until it was correct. Top notch service. The time difference was a little frustrating, but we got it done in the end. Now it works Great! Very Happy.

I think this is generally a better shipping rates plugin compared to what is out there. It just need a bit of polishing on the English side in terms of words used on the interface. They do try their best to fix any issue but I wish that they have more support across different time zone so it will be much quicker. On another point, do give discount like 50% for plugin renewal for returning customers.

Showing Live Rates with Free Version
I could not get any live shipping quotes UNTIL I set the ZIP code in the WooCommerce store settings. After that, I started seeing all of the shipping options I enabled.
