The plugin is very useful, every detail has been carefully thought out. I couldn’t make a ranking and the support team was very helpful. I even created an admin user and they intervened directly by connecting to the site. I sincerely appreciate their work.

We’re a volunteer theater company located in Germany. For some of our productions we handle ticket sales ourselves. This amounts to about 10 events per year, with audiences of 200 to 600 people at various venues. We were therefore looking for management software, that would meet our needs, and ended up with Eventprime (Business package). Our requirements and the features that made Eventprime stand out to us included:- the option to pay for tickets by bank transfer as well as via common online payment services- ability for customers to select their seats using a seating plan- confirmation of the privacy policy and terms and conditions during ordering process- attractive design and user interface- generation and distribution of digital tickets as PDF files- well-explained and comprehensive online documentation of features and functionality In addition, we’ve used the customization service twice. This now allows us to assign multiple price categories per seat in the seating chart (e.g., adults and children). Surprisingly, this feature wasn’t available in any of the numerous Eventprime extensions included in the Business plan. The support, the coordination, and the results were professional at all times. Follow-up inquiries and corrections were handled promptly. Summary:A tool that can be highly customized to meet individual needs, dedicated support, and a wide range of features make Eventprime a top recommendation for theater groups, creative ensembles, and choirs (among others) who want to keep full control and prefer not to outsource ticket sales to event service providers in exchange for sales fees.We successfully used the plugin and several extensions last year and look forward to continuing to do so. @Metagauss team: Thank you, and keep up the great work.

I purchased the plugin together with several add-ons expecting a stable event platform and reliable support. Instead, I ended up with constant technical problems and almost no real help from the support team. They advertise that issues are resolved within 24 hours. In my case it has been over three weeks and nothing has actually been fixed. I keep receiving polite emails saying that “their team is working on it”, but no real solution ever arrives. Meanwhile I’m left trying to debug complex technical problems myself even though I’m not a developer. Since installing the plugin I’ve experienced multiple serious issues: ticket prices randomly resetting, seat chart problems, events not saving correctly, fatal PHP errors after updates, and now after the latest update even the event description text is breaking because the plugin outputs raw Gutenberg block markup instead of rendering the content properly. At this point I’ve spent over $300 on plugins and add-ons, plus many hours trying to repair things that should simply work out of the box. Instead of running an event platform, I’m constantly fixing bugs. The worst part is the refund policy. Once you buy the product, getting your money back is practically impossible even when the software clearly doesn’t work as expected. In short: unstable software, slow and ineffective support, and a refund policy that favors the vendor, not the customer. If you don’t want weeks of frustration or paying additional developers just to make the plugin usable, I strongly suggest looking for another solution.

Plugin is diagonal slice of functionality and isn’t practically useful without paid extensions.Eg. you can’t even organize event with free admission or manually add tickets/bookings.(Description lies about payment methods.) Bunch of unnecessary features much better implemented in basic WP, yet described as something revolutionary.Eg. description pages, taxonomies, categories, filtering etc. Basic sales are implemented incomparably better in plain Woocommerce.
