Yes, plugin has special options to hide all default On Sale and Out of Stock labels. When you enable such options – just create a new On Sale and Out of Stock labels via plugin and show them for all products that are on sale or out of stock.

Yes, it was tested for all major page builders and with WordPress block editor ( Gutenberg ). Labels and badges must be shown automatically for all WooCommerce products blocks without any issues.
