What It Does

WP Customer Reviews is a plugin that enables you to create a dedicated page on your site for customer testimonials. This functionality is essential for businesses looking to enhance their online reputation through user-generated reviews.

The plugin is compatible with WP Multisite and allows for multiple users to submit reviews. All submitted reviews are moderated, giving you control over what is displayed on your site. Reviews are formatted for visitors while also incorporating Schema.org microformats for search engines.

With multiple anti-spam measures in place, you can prevent automated submissions. The plugin is highly customizable, allowing you to define which fields to display and require. You can also use shortcodes to insert reviews and forms anywhere on your site.

It supports both business and product review types and shows aggregate ratings. The plugin is designed to be fast and lightweight, ensuring it does not slow down your site. Additionally, it validates as XHTML 1.1 and Microformats compliant, making it a reliable choice for your review needs.
