You can use only one template!
I use Classical editor and WPBackery on my site. It is advertised that this plugin works with WPBackery so I have downloaded it and wasted my time on its learning. But! It works with WPBackery only with templates (as it is shown on the tutorial video on youtube) and… in free vresion you can use only ONE template! So the free version almost does not integrate with WPBackery or other block systems. It was a lie.
WordPress Default Date Format Should Not Be a Pro Feature
I really like PostX and I appreciate the quality of its Gutenberg blocks. However, there is one major limitation that makes almost all free blocks unusable for many languages. Currently, every block displays dates in a fixed format like: Feb, 7 2024 The only way to use the WordPress Default Date Format is by upgrading to the Pro version. I honestly don’t understand this decision. The WordPress default date format is not a premium feature. It is a core WordPress localization feature that allows themes and plugins to respect each site’s language and regional settings. For many languages and calendars (such as Persian/Jalali, Arabic, Thai, and others), the fixed English-style format is either incorrect or meaningless. As a result, all free PostX blocks display dates in a format that doesn’t match the site’s locale, making them unsuitable for multilingual and localized websites. Please consider making “WordPress Default Date Format” available in the free version. Premium features should add extra functionality, but respecting the site’s default WordPress date format should be considered a basic compatibility feature, not a Pro-only feature. I hope you will reconsider this decision in a future update. If this issue is fixed and the free blocks become compatible with all WordPress languages and localized date formats (at least by making the “WordPress Default Date Format” option available in the free version), I will gladly update my review and rating. Without this, the free blocks are practically unusable for many localized websites.

Broken basic functionality for nearly two months.
Around January 5th 2026, I contacted WPXPO support about a bug within PostX that was affecting my site. The category/archive template under PostX’s Site Builder is supposed to allow custom sorting of category archives. However, this feature is bugged and will only display content in alphabetical, Z-A descending order. That’s not only an unintuitive sorting method for my users, but also makes my frontend look unprofessional to clients. It matters. It wasn’t until exactly one month later on February 5th that I was told the issue had been fixed via a plugin update. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and the bug persists. That remains so despite additional version updates. I’ve heard the bug is only affecting my end, but I’ve tried other archive control plugins that have working A-Z descending order filters, so it’s odd PostX is an exception. Even if the bug is fixed, I don’t want the standard for any future issues to be a months-long wait just to even check if the issue’s been resolved. I’ve only used the free version of PostX, but if one of its basic features is nonfunctional, that doesn’t bode well for any premium features of greater complexity. It pains me to write this, as the individual I talked to through support was very kind, but I can’t tolerate the plugin’s pace for solving problems. I have to assume that someone using PostX in a more professional context than my own would have even less patience than I’ve had.
